This review is from: Creative Mexican Cooking: Recipes from Great Texas Chefs (Hardcover) I found this book at the Strand in New York City and was really surprised to find a collection of Tex-Mex recipes beyond compare. As a native San Antonian, I have always loved the soups at El Mirador and was very happy to see that this book includes their Friday Bean Soup. In addition, there are recipes from La Fogata(at the book's publication, it was still under the original ownership), Ernesto's and Cappy's. A real must for Tex-Mex aficionados.
