The recipes vary, from Kenyan Chicken with Coconut Milk to the more humdrum Broccoli-Parmesan Noodles. A serious drawback, however, is that not only do the menus not mention number of guests, but often the recipes within a particular menu don't "match" (e.g., the Christmas Pork Loin Roast serves eight, but the accompanying Sesame Asparagus and the Baked Onions each serve only six).
