Beautifully illustrated on every page with full-color photography showcasing the finished dish, "Cooking Big Game" is the collaborative effort of the husband and wife team of Scott and Tiffany Haugen. Each superbly presented recipe is complete with a comprehensive list of ingredients and clearly organized step-by-step instructions. Of special note are the little descriptive vignettes for each dish giving some background or context to the proffered recipe. There are 'kitchen cook' friendly recipes for dishes involving venison, wild pig, and bear. With a spiral-bound binding that allows for the pages to lay out flat on a kitchen counter or table, "Cooking Big Game" will prove to be a wonderful and unique addition to any personal or professional cookbook collection.
