    Reader Reviews
This review is from: American Dietetic Association Cooking Healthy Across America (Paperback) I bought this in the hopes that I could make some yummy meals for my family that weren't loaded down with sugar or fats. I can't say this cookbook provides the best recipes for those needs. It was well organized and planned out but several of the recipes shouldn't be falling under the healthy category. Refined sugar (white) should never have a place in a health-based cookbook. That's just one of the examples. It was okay, but I'd see if your local library has if first.
