About The Author
Norzailina Nordin is an accomplished Home Economist and Chef. She has appeared on numerous culinary shows on Malaysia's premier TV channels - RTM1, RTM2 and TV3 - in cooking programmes including Hey Good Cooking, Simply Delicious and Kuali. She is also a regular contributor to various Malaysian magazines such as Her World Cookbook, Flavours and Jelita. Besides being the author of several cookbooks on Asian and Malaysian cooking, Norzailina has also written 10 novels in Malay.

As a cake decorator I try to buy as many books as I can. As I live in Brazil and we haven't many options here, Amazon helps me A LOT. I bought this book when I saw the cute cover. But inside most of the projects are very unprofessional to my point of view. In a world full of good books to cake decorators of ALL levels, this is one that I do not recomend to anyone.
