This review is from: Best Of Baking (Paperback) The recipes in this beautifully illustrated book are excellent examples of European (primarily German) baking. The recipes are clear and easy to follow, though the methods used are a little labor intensive compared to U.S. baking. But then again, you don't get such beautiful results by cutting corners. The results are consistent, authentic and usually delicious. My favorite baking book by far. A must have for serious bakers with a taste for fancy European treats.
