I am depressed beond words that this brillant man has not written another cook book. His recipes are breath takingly good. I adore his simple yet delicious food. This is the only cookbook I use to entertain with anymore. To not buy this book if you like cooking good food would be a mistake right up there with not buying microsoft stock when they first when public. You would kick yourself forever if you were ever to find out what you were missing. I am picky and hard to please, and this cookbook is wonderful.
