I've grown up in an Italian household with ton's of access to Mediterranean cuisine. I wanted to try a different cuisine and picked up this book. The book is very well laid out with a receipe on each page. Full color photos and simple clear directions. I've made about 10 dishes starting with simple egg fried rice.
