With over 1,000 recipes, this book is undoubtably the most extensive chocolate cookbook I've ever seen. You name it, it has it! But don't be surprised if you can't find the recipe you're looking for. The index for this book is absolutely the worst I have ever seen in any book, because it only references ingredients, not the recipes themselves. It took me almost ten minutes to find a recipe for chocolate brownies, because I had to scan entire chapters from beginning to end until I found it. I can guarantee you that you will go insane trying to find a particular recipe in this book. That's why I gave it only three stars. It would have gotten five stars otherwise.
