This cookbook is a rarity. Not only does it combine all the information you'll ever need about crabs from King to Blue, but the recipes are sensational. They are span the unique to the tried and true with bold text and easy to prepare dishes. The read alone makes you salivate. The recipe book also comes with sides and condiment recipes to compliment every dish. If you love crabs and you enjoy preparing delights in your kitchen, then this is the cookbook for you. I'm buying them up for gifts as I know some of my family members would steal my own copy away if they could. This book for crabs will end up a classic, just like Fanny Farmer is the staple for every new bride.
