Frozen food will get a lot of the spotlight Oct. 13-17 at Anuga, the international food show in Cologne, Germany, that is attracting more than 6,000 suppliers overall from some 100 countries and trade visitors from around the world.
Of particular interest to the frozen food industry will be the presentation of the Golden Ice Crystal Lifetime Achievement award, sponsored by Quick Frozen Foods International magazine, to three industry pioneers who continuously excelled in their commitment to the frozen food sector.
