About the Author
Carol Cappelline Schulte is a second generation Italian/American born and raised in Northvale, New Jersey. Simply Sicilian, is a collection of recipes gathered from her grandmother, mother and some of her own. This cookbook began as an attempt to preserve these recipes for her children and future generations. As interest in the recipes grew, Carol decided to publish these simple Sicilian dishes for others interested in the Italian way of life to enjoy. She has been living on Cape Cod for twenty-one years.

I bought this cookbook for my mother after she had seen the author on TV. She wanted a recipe for the lemon chicken that her mother-in-law used to make. She made the recipe, and it was great!
