    While not a complete waste of money, I confess I was disappointed with this book. Most of the recipes are for appetizers, snacks (dim sum)or desserts - virtually none of the recipes are meant for entrees or mains. Many also call for deep frying - again, not what I was looking for. Of the 60 recipes given (was it 60? It feels more like 20) I would say that between 6-8 were actually worth considering following. On the positive side, the food photography is lovely - but the book is more of a "coffee table book" than it is a practical recipe book that one would use regularly.
