The New Zojirushi Bread Machine BB-HAC10 makes a light, one-pound loaf just right for family dinner. This compact breadmaker takes up less space that a standard bread machine, and makes a small loaf so there's no waste. Just pour ingredients into the Zojirushi automatic bread machine and select the proper settings listed in the easy-to-follow manual. A mid-cycle beep alerts you when It's time to add fruit, nuts or herbs. Choose from a variety of preprogrammed cycles specially setup for wheat, French, white and other breads, then select light or regular crust.
The Zojirushi mini bread maker can be programmed for delayed start (up to 13 hours ahead) so you wake up in the morning with the aroma of fresh-baked bread. The timer works for all bread cycles except Quick cycle, which makes a loaf in two hours or less from start to finish!
If you just want to save yourself the effort of mixing and kneading dough, use the Dough cycle for crisp pizza crust, light dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, hamburger or hoagie buns, artisan breads, sourdough or cakes.
