With its narrow, thin blade, the knife carves perfect slices while the fork holds food steady and then moves slices from carving surface to plate or platter. The set comes in an attractive wood box for storing on a sideboard or in a drawer. Though both knife and fork are dishwasher-safe, the knife should be hand washed to protect its edge.
