While the 3-1/2-inch knife is a multi-purpose knife for most cheeses, the 4-inch angled knife is precisely made to slice and serve medium-hard cheeses, The blade on each of these knives is angled up to a prong tip for spearing and serving a slice. The 3-1/2-inch cheese plane is perfect for cutting and serving medium to hard cheeses. It is designed to shave off even, consistent slices of cheeses such as cheddar and Swiss.
