Not just for good looks, the slanted grinding bowl actually has a purpose: it rotates the coffee beans for a more even grind. The stainless-steel bowl and blade can grind a maximum of 45 grams of coffee beans at a time. To operate, simply snap on the lid and depress the red button on top to grind. And, in case the C-Mill does get stored in a cabinet, the cord can be neatly tucked away in its base.
