Not intended for users who seek detailed digital feedback, the 1500-watt oven is simple in the extreme, with a sturdy stainless-steel exterior and interior and straightforward dial mechanisms. Its steel bar handle and heavy glass door are both durable and designed to stay cool to the touch. Heat settings range from 175 to 500 degrees F, and a 120-minute timer lets you track your progress. Because it is a convection oven, the unit offers very even baking and is both quick and consistent. Great for cookies or brownies, its three shelves hold three quarter-size commercial sheet pans or half-size commercial steam table pans. Outfitted with a 3-prong commercial cord and protective non-skid feet, the oven is UL listed and comes with a 2-year warranty.
