The set includes 8-inch and 10-inch omelet pans, 1-quart and 2-quart covered saucepans, a 3-quart covered saute pan, and a 6-quart covered stockpot. Made of durable hard-anodized aluminum of uniform thickness, these pans are excellent conductors of heat and cook food quickly and evenly. Their double-coated nonstick interiors prevent food from sticking and make cleanup easier. The pans have oval stainless-steel handles with a blasted satin finish that are comfortable to grip and are held in place by sturdy stainless-steel rivets. Also made of brushed stainless steel, the lids are domed to keep moisture in during cooking. This cookware is oven-safe up to 375 degrees F so you don’t have to dirty several pans to make one dish.
