Cast stainless steel handles are hollow and stay cool to touch on the stovetop. Uniquely shaped handle on the cover provides plenty of maneuvering room for your hands and knuckles. Base is safe for use in the oven up to 450�; tempered glass cover is safe for use in the oven up to 350�.
