This sloped, round 14-inch wok with a flat base is ideal for stir-frying and features two coats of brilliant, durable, high-fired porcelain enamel on the exterior and porcelain enamel with a premium Quantanium nonstick coating on the interior. The generously sized, double-riveted handle is made from strong burnished bamboo, giving the pan an Asian flair, and a helper handle facilitates lifting. The pan measures 22.3 inches long, 13.8 inches wide, and 3.6 inches high. All Iron Chef cookware should be hand washed to preserve its beauty and is oven safe to 450 degrees F. It's covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
