The wok is nonstick for easy cleanup, measures 12 inches in diameter--large enough for family meals--and has a flat bottom so it's stable on gas, electric, and glass-top ranges. A high, domed lid is included so you can also use the wok for steaming fish and vegetables in addition to classic stir-frying. Accompanying the wok are a 12-inch wood spatula, which won't harm the wok's nonstick coating, and a 13-inch set of wood chopsticks.
