14" Carbon Steel Wok with seamless extra long wooden handle and helper handle. The handle, which is made of hardwood and durable stainless steel, screws into an anchor welded to the outside of the wok, thus keeping the inner surface absolutely smooth for stir-frying. Produced from 2mm catering standard carbon steel. Suitable for use on all cooker surfaces including induction and halogen.

This 14 Inch Carbon Steel Wok from Typhoon is constructed of heavy gauge 2.0 mm carbon steel for quick and even heat distribution. It features a long wooden handle and helper handle that are attached to the outside of the wok by welds, leaving the inner surface absolutely smooth for better stir-frying. This wok is suitable for use on all cooking surfaces, but does need to be seasoned before it is used. Hand wash only.
