This flat-bottomed professional carbon steel wok is made to exacting standards, with a seamless extra-long welded wooden handle and a generous helper handle for greater cooking flexibility. The hand spun catering-grade carbon steel is ideal for high temperature stir frying up to 535�F/280C, and is suitable for all cooking surfaces, including induction and halogen.
Made from 2 mm gauge carbon steel. Hand wash only.
